What we collect
- Your phone number and the messages you send us (song ideas, commands).
- Songs and lyrics we create for you.
- Payment status from Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.
- Basic technical data when you visit our website.
How we use it
- To create and deliver your songs and respond to your requests.
- To process payments, track credits, and provide support.
- To prevent abuse and improve the service.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run TextTune (such as messaging, song generation, hosting, and payment processing), under obligations to protect it, or when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
SMS and your phone number
- We never sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
- We keep records of your consent (such as when you first texted us) and of opt-outs (STOP) and opt-ins (START) to honor your choices and meet legal requirements.
- Text STOP to opt out at any time; text HELP for help.
Retention
We keep information as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. To request deletion, email support@texttune.ai.
Children
TextTune is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
