Try before you buy

Your first song comes as a free listen link to the full song (48 hours, up to 3 plays), so you know exactly what you're getting before you pay. Songs made with credits arrive as the clean copy right away.

When we'll redo or refund

If a song you paid for fails to deliver, the clean copy never arrives, or it has a technical problem (for example, broken or cut-off audio), contact us at support@texttune.ai within 30 days of purchase. We'll redo the song or refund your payment.

Packs and credits

Unused pack credits may be refunded on request within 30 days of purchase. Used credits are handled under the rule above. If a song can’t be generated, the credit used for it is returned to your balance automatically. A credit used to unlock your preview counts as a used credit.

Duplicate charges

If you were charged twice by mistake, contact us and we'll refund the duplicate.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.
